Custom-designed Yoga Program

According to the specific needs of the individual and the level of the experience in the yoga practice, a sequenced yoga program will be designed specifically for you. During the private sessions we will work on your sequence together until you feel comfortable to practice it correctly on your own. With a constant home practice you will be mastering your sequence. At that point there will be a reviewing session to asses your progress and, eventually, design a more advanced sequence.
