Our centre was the first to be established in Edinburgh and teaches according to the principles of Yogacharya B K S Iyengar. Classes are seven days a week and at four levels: from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. All our teachers hold Iyengar certificates and many have studied with the Iyengar family in India. The Centre welcomes students and visitors on a drop-in, occasional basis, when class enrolment is not required.
