The Yoga Space teaches Ashtanga Yoga in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. Both Jean and Rob are authorised by Pattabhi Jois to teach this method and return to Mysore regularly to study under his guidance. We offer morning mysore-style classes, evening classes, beginners courses and pregnancy yoga courses. Beginners and experienced students are welcome.
