Birthlight Zurich offers daily classes in prenatal yoga, yoga with babies, birth preparation workshops with partner, and massage for pregnant women and postnatal. These services are also offered as home visits. We specialise in holistic and active birth preparation by using yoga, dance movements, voice and breathing exercises. We are affiliated with Birthlight International, founded by Dr. Francoise Freedmann, Cambridge, UK.
