Fully equipped yoga and pilates studio. The core of our classes are Power and Ashtanga Yoga and Pilates Matwork and Reformer groups in both English & German. We also offer private sessions on the Pilates trapeze table, ladder barrel and chair. Our studio is a beautiful, warm space in which to relax and rejuvinate. Tea, water, and free wireless internet is available. New in 2011, our Yoga Alliance 200 hr. Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program which includes a retreat week in Spain and Pilates Instructor Training courses.
