Combining her experience as a Registered nurse, Aromatherapist, Stress Management consultant and Reiki teacher, Lesley Wadforth provides various yoga classes to suit all ages and abilities in and around the Hull area. She has a desire to keep the Philosophy of yoga relevant in todays busy world and teaches quarterly philosphy workshops as well as regular yoga days with other yoga teachers from around the country. A British Wheel of Yoga Diploma holder and Remedial trained intstructor (Yoga for Health Foundation), Lesley also provides Private classes, Workplace sessions, yoga in pregnancy, post-natal and baby yoga. Regular Sure Start courses are held. Lesley holds the City and Guilds teaching certificate and is available for courses and workshops on all aspects of holistic health. Aromatherapy and Reiki treatments and one to one or group stress management sessions can be booked. Lesley is also a qualified Thai Yoga Massage therapist.
