Dedicated to the teaching of pure classical authentic yoga. These classes cover much more than just physical postures or asanas. They are designed to bring to you the true purpose of yoga and students with all levels of experience are very welcome. From January 2011 there are thee class opportunities per week. Tuesdays 18:30 - 19:30 at BHASVIC A fairly gentle class especially suitable for complete beginners or those needing to be kind to themselves that day :-)Sun salutations, standing postures, floor postures and a final relaxation.
