Offer private group or individual classes in the student's home or office. I teach my own eclectic style. I also specialize in teaching extremely tight students. In addition I teach seniors, chair yoga for seniors, and laugher yoga. Call or email me to set up your private lesson or to arrange for private group lessons. Private group lessons are fun and convenient. Gather a group of your friends together at your home. These lessons are convenient and fun. Senior citizens receive tremendous stress relief, improved mobility, and improved health from practicing chair yoga. I will be happy for referrals in this area. Laughter yoga is incorporated into all my senior lessons.
