Carol Flaherty is a licensed massage therapist as well as yoga teacher. She has earned Yoga Alliance certification as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience. She has had specialized training in yoga for asthma, scoliosis and yoga for seniors, and teaches a lineage of yoga that is therapeutic and emphasizes use of the breath and adapting classical yoga forms to meet individual needs. She conducts classes daily and sees private students by appointment.
