After completeing my 200 hour training at Lourdes Institute of Holistic Studies in Collingswood, NJ in 2003, I began teaching as much as possible vowing I'd do this as long as I could make it work. Though I will be studying to be an occupational therapist I still wish to keep teaching. Besides numerous workshops with teachers like Erich Schiffmann and Paul Grilley, I was also trained as a childrens yoga teacher at YogaChild in Philadelphia, and to teach yoga to people dealing with cancer at the Intregal Yoga Ashram in Virginia. I have also completed my Yin Yoga training with Corina Benner of Wake Up Yoga. Currently I teach adults and kids at studios, gyms, homes, work sites and schools. I am available to teach private lessons
