I teach and practice in Surrey, Berkshire, Middx and West London in Spas, Clubs and Local Halls. Also private, corporate local authorities and in schools. Yoga is a personal journey and I respect individual requirements and challenges. Gentle Hatha to dynamic Power with emphasis on breath and body awareness is my focus. Pranayama, Nidra, visualisation and meditation. I am more interested in an enquiring mind than an 'athletic' body.
