A nurturing environment in which to learn and practice yoga. We also offer gentle, gentle/restorative, vinyasa, tweens, pre-natal and beginner classes as well as monthly workshops for meditation and children's yoga. In addition to our weekly schedule of 24 classes, private and semi-private lessons and birthday parties are also available. The Light Within is a registered yoga school, offering 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. The next YTT will begin in January, 2013.
