Yoga for the Rest of Us classes are peacful, pleasant classes, designed to the needs of Seniors, but available to anyone over the age of 18. These classes are free to the public, though students register to attend. Students are warmly welcomed by Renee Neal, a Sierra College instructor with over 21 years of experience in teaching mind/body fitness classes.
