I teach yoga for students of all levels, including those with challenges such as joint replacements, osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. I feel qualified to do so as a chiropractic physician, A.C.S.M. certified health-fitness instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher. Classes are limited to 10 participants so that safety and success can be achieved. Tuesdays 9:30 - 10:45 AM Thursdays 5:30 - 6:45 PM $20.00/class per participant
