At Community of Hearts Yoga, we offer a safe, nurturing environment to explore the practices of yoga whether we wish to heal an injury or awaken to our True essence. Our technique is alignment based to ensure both safety and optimal flow of prana and fluids within the body. Our approach is one of light-heartedness to allow students to feel comfortable and at ease while gently guiding them toward their full potential. A variety of levels are offered to allow the student to choose the most appropriate level and type of class to meet their needs.
