A small studio in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of natural light, great view of the giant Elm trees and character homes nearby. Teachers trained in a variety of styles with a philosophy of finding the right match of student to style of yoga. We believe that yoga should be adapted to meet the needs of the student and provide a broad range of classes to accomodate our students.
