Suzanne teaches 2 classes weekly at Triad Yoga Institute. Saturdays : Level 1/2 @ 9:30am and Tuesdays : Level 2/3 @ 5:30. She also co-directs (with Terry Brown) the 500 Hour Teacher Training Program called Yoga Vidya. Suzanne has 24 years of Iyengar yoga training and studied intensively with Patricia Walden in Boston for 13 of those years. Her classes concentrate on the development of awareness via asana and prana refinements.
