Ashtanga Primary Series Monday evening class by appointment. Class size is limited to 8. Power Yoga class at Gold's Gym Wednesday evenings 6:30 - 7:30 PM. Practices are open to Ashtangis or experienced students. Classes are based upon POWER YOGA by Beryl Bender Birch, which is suggested reading.
