The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute has been a resource of yoga education and training since l980, as well as an active participant in community service and outreach programs for under served populations. We speak out on environmental and global warming issues, human rights, animal rights, population control and green building. We have been training teachers of yoga, in the complete 8-limbed path of astanga since l985 and offer 200, 500, and 1000 hour yoga teacher certification programs. We have graduates with students and sister/brother studios in nearly every state.
