Peaceful lotus flow Is a combination of vendata and jnana yoga. Venda is knowledge and anata means end. Jnana is using the mind to inquire within, a means to an end. Our flows combine pranayama, asana, meditation, shavassana, restorative, kirtan and matntra. To achieve a peaceful self realization. Peaceful lotus flow can be done by anyone at any age. Our goal is self reflection and self realization following the eight limbs of yoga. Allowing the student to work at a pace that is comfortable for each individual All yoga is healing, but I focus on healing dis-ease. With Peaceful Lotus Flows, pranayama, and restorative yoga, it allows the student to inquire within to the root of the dis-ease. And take back their instinctive body knowledge.
