Ananda Marga, the first yoga group to teach yoga classes in the Philippines (since 1967), offers instruction in yoga and meditation through regular courses and personal instruction. A basic course consist of 6 classes taken once a week. Ananda Marga is a charitable not-for-profit organization. Our classes and instructions in Sikatuna Village Q.C. and Airmen's village, Las Pi?as are either free of charge or low cost and are open to all ages.
