At the Yoga Shelter there are no levels or hierarchy of classes. Our paths may be unique, but our destination is the same...oneness. With that in mind, we use Sanga Yoga to achieve this. Sanga means "a community that encourages and nurtures each other's growth." All classes at the Yoga Shelter are designed to restore us to our original state where the mind is quiet and the body is toned. Whether this is your first yoga experience or you are a regular practitioner, we will all be doing the same thing. In every class, we work on breath techniques and postures to make your body supple, toned and relaxed. By doing this, we help you achieve your peaceful state of oneness.
