Kneading Hands is a center dedicated to the healing of the mind,body, and spirit.We offer several types of massage as well as Reiki and other forms of energy work. We currently offer 19 yoga classes per week focusing primary on HOT YOGA, most of our classes are Vinyasa style and held in a room that is heated between 80 and 98 degrees depending on the class.
