Sage Seasonal Yoga & Meditation Center is entering it’s 13th year and has become the most comprehensive studio in Westchester. The Center is dedicated to providing a warm inviting atmosphere for personal growth and exploration. Sage founder Susan Rubin ERYT 500 certified Instructor with over 15 years of experience. She explains “creating well being requires one to work with nature - the universal nature and our personal nature.” The studio supports the process of discovering the beauty and true nature within each of us.
