The Yoga Teachers' Training Course is a profound personal experience to establish a firm foundation of inner discipline through complete exposure to the essence of Yoga and Vedanta. The YTTC is recommended for anyone with a sincere interest in Yoga as well as those wishing to teach Yoga. Self-Knowledge,, Philosophy-, and Anatomy lectures, Hatha Yoga workshops are given to build up the necessary foundation. In small groups teaching techniques are taught and you will get the teaching experiences. The course will run for 4 weeks.

The Advanced Course is 17 days of intensive practice and study for Yoga Teachers of all styles. The concentrated yoga discipline and the intense study of Vedanta Philosophy are designed to take the student to a deeper understanding of who they are.
