The Rishikesh-series tought by Swami Vishnu Devananda, disciple of Swami Sivananda, and the classic Hatha Yoga in the tradition of Swami Sivananda, one of the great enlightened yoga masters of the 20th century, is basis of my teachings. Furthermore, I have courses in Tibet-Yoga which comes from the Himalaya region and which derives from the buddhist yoga tradition and Tantra. Yoga-courses can be booked with me (also in Swedish) at Yoga-Vidya Bad Meinberg (www.yoga-vidya.de) and Yoga-Vidya/Nordsee.
