I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years, having studied Iyengar, Power, Vinyasa, Bikram, and Ashtanga yoga styles. My practice has been strongly influenced by two pilgrimages to India (in ’99 and ‘03). I have taught thousands of classes to many thousands of students.
