Our yoga classes are taught in the IYENGAR TRADITION at Beginner and Intermediate levels. We also offer Restorative Yoga classes. Studio fully equipped with yoga props and chairs and class size limited to 10 students with individualized attention. We also teach Yamuna Body Rolling which is a fun combination of health and fitness with deep tissue massage. YBR is highly complimentary to a regular yoga practice and can deepen muscle and joint release. Visit the website for details. New students may do a trial class for $18.00 by advance appointment. Private classes in yoga and YBR are also available by appointment.
