Through yoga we weave...different people, different cultures & different beliefs into a common thread...love! Our mission is to promote healing, prevent injury and improve the quality of life for our students! We empower students and instructors to work together to create an environment of openness, acceptance and love in the yoga classroom! We educate students and instructors to be more thoughtful about how and what they're practicing and teaching in order to ensure student safety! To this end, we run yoga teacher trainings, 1:1 instructor development, 1:1 student instruction and workshops across Europe. When students start listening to, trusting and loving their bodies - this carries over into all aspects of their life. This newfound relationship with themselves becomes a basis for how they deal with others in their lives and in the world! Prague Yoga seeks to change the world by helping students and teachers to remember to live & love authentically, intentionally & passionately!
