The School provides classes in all aspects of traditional Ashtanga Yoga; asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy. It is dedicated to teaching the practice of ashtanga exactly as it is given by Sri.K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore and is the only dedicated Ashtanga School in Ireland. The teachers are all full time ashtanga yogis and direct students of Guruji's.Mt. Merrion Ave.-Blackrock
