Andrea has been a student of Yoga for nearly 20 years and continues to study and practice Iyengar Yoga. Andrea received her 200 hour certification from Yandara Yoga Institute in 2005 and has added to her education, studying with Swati and Rajiv Chanchani in Old Rajpur, India and the Teacher Training Program at Iyengar Yoga Center of Denver. In addition to yoga, Andrea is also certified in Thai Yoga Massage and Level 1&2 Acutonics Sound Healing.
