I teach yoga in the Warrington area in Culcheth every Tuesday evening between 8pm and 9.30pm at the Methodist Church Hall. I am trained in the classical school of Yoga that originated from Sivananda. I have meditated in Ashrams in India and met many spiritual teachers of many traditions. My yoga teaching is adapted to the needs of people living in the West today but still honours the spiritual principles of yoga. I teach from a universal spiritual perspective. My classes include some meditation, some flowing sequences, holding postures and relaxation at the end. They are suitable for all abilities ane creeds and are always mixed. Students should leave my classes feeling energised and relaxed.
