Lisa Long, E-RYT 500, draws on her vast knowledge of how the body works to customize class plans and build creative & progressive personal sessions that help people move with more freedom, strength, length, efficiency, and grace. She teaches Anusara-Inspired Yoga & is a Certified Body Balance Yoga Therapy teacher. As a Comprehensive Pilates Certified Instructor, she also teaches people about their bodies and movement on Pilates Equipment. Her specialty is working therapeutically to help individuals deeply understand and find new ways to feel better.
