Looking for someone to take over my Gentle Chair Yoga Senior classes in Walnut Creek, CA and Pleasant Hill, CA for six months. There are a total of 6 classes a week, Monday through Friday, one hour each, and the pay ranges from $45 to $75 per class, regardless of how many students attend. You must be a certified Yoga Teacher with experience teaching gentle chair yoga classes for seniors. Due to health issues, I will be caretaking my Mom back in Delaware from June 2013 to January 2014. Of course I do not expect to take the classes back when I return, unless you are ready to move on. Kripalu/Amrit Yoga/Yoga Nidra Sessions: Preparing to teach Yoga Nidra either privately in your home or in my home studio in Martinez, CA. Possibility of Yoga Nidra classes in my home studio in January, 2014. Also available for private, individually customized yoga training. Classes include warm-ups, basic postures, breathing techniques, Yoga Nidra and meditation in a safe, supportive environment. Students will be guided in developing awareness and Self-knowledge to maintain optimal health and Spiritual harmony, allowing a deep transformation beyond the body and mind to occur through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Biography Teresa Brumfield has been a student of yoga and yogic philosophy since 1993.
