I am a 200 hour yoga alliance certified, ashtanga vinyasa instructor. I specialize in giving private lessons at personal residences. My philosophy is a simple one: I teach my clients to teach themselves. My routines are energizing, challenging, and mindful. It's a wonderful work out for your body, your mind, and your heart. My rates are low so that I may do what I love as much as possible - ideally all day long! Please call me if you are interested. I charge $35 per 60-75 minute private lesson.
