The Yoga Village offers regular yoga classes at various levels to suit the student's need. In addition, Introduction to Yoga Workshops are held at least once per month for those who are new to yoga or individuals wanting a refresher course. All are welcome.
Classes at The Yoga Village focus on breath, movement and awareness as ways to improve energy, mental and emotional focus, and physical health. From basic postures to more advanced practices, yoga can be a way to continually harmonize these components. We invite students to begin an exploration of their bodies and breath to bring about greater peace and physical well-being.
