We are Clifton's friendliest yoga studio. YogaCentric offers classes for all ability levels, absolute beginner to advanced practitioner. Out website has a full class schedule and prices. We are located in Clifton, across from Clifton High School, City Hall or down the street from The Boys and Girls club. Colfax runs between Broad st and Clifton Ave. we are located at the rail road tracks. YogaCentric is offering our 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. We are a Vinyasa studio and we will have a strong focus on Sequencing and Alignment. Meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and 5 months of classes are included in the cost. Please have at least 6 months of yoga experience, Space is limited. Training runs from January to May 2013 cost is $2600 if you register by November 1st or $2800 after November 1st. All days meet 9 am until 6 pm with an hour for lunch. dates will be set after registration is complete.
