Garden State Yoga (GSY) opened its doors in October 2008 in Bloomfield, New Jersey with the philosophy that life should be enjoyed to the fullest extent. Founders, Seth Weisberg & Alison McCue, spent years visiting premiere studios from Austin Texas to New York City. Throughout their yoga studio journeys they took what they loved about some studios and left what they didn’t love so much about others ($3 to use a towel – are you kidding me?!) to create GSY. At GSY you are greeted with a warm smile, a clean & complimentary towel and a mat to borrow if you need. We hire the most educated & supportive teachers to guide you through a heated vinyasa class, offering modifications for newer students and deeper transitions for the more experience yogis & yoginis. At GSY we combine sweat, strength & spirit to help you find your edge and ultimately find your joy. We now have a 2nd location at : 540 Broad St. Glen Rock, NJ 07452 (201) 444-4852
