Simple Abundance Yoga was founded by Wendy & Lamont Gilliland to provide safe, professional Yoga instruction to our community. It is our intention to reach those who will benefit most from the healing benefits of a regular Yoga practice, to be mindful at all times of each individual's needs, and to create an environment of support and encouragement. We are professional members of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
