I do not teach classes anymore. I teach privately, and I am doing workshops. I am certified by Stott Pilates, am RYT 200 certified, and certified in Yamuna ball rolling. I teach freedom of movement with an emphasis on Yamuna ball rolling and how that modality enhances the client's yoga or pilates experience.
