The practice of Kundalini Yoga promotes optimum health, emotional balance, stress reduction and enhanced intuition. Kundalini Yoga is a complete science which includes breath (pranayam), yoga postures (asanas), sound and chanting (mantra) and meditation. Kundalini Yoga is a safe and comprehensive yogic system. It accelerates individual growth and assists in the in development of inner strength so that people can confront challenges with steadfast clarity and confidence. Darshan Kaur Khalsa (IKYTA certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level), also teaches accredited college level classes in yoga & meditation. She has taught over 14,000 hours of yoga classes since 1973.
