Bliss Bud is inspired by the concept that at the core of each of us is a bud of happiness, goodness, peace, strength, openness, and love. We need only to nurture that bud, tend to it daily in positive ways, for it to bloom and blossom into its potential--our real selves thriving in our fullest and most beautiful potential, and living life in that bliss. Bliss Bud offers yoga, massage, workshops, retreats, and more as tools to facilitate this process. Private and Group classes are available. Beginners, intermediates, and advanced students welcome.
