Bikram yoga is a series of 26 classic Hatha yoga postures, practiced in a heated room.Each class last's for 90minutes.Stimulating every system of the body to open , cleanse and strengthen every cell tissue and fibre. All levels practice together.The emphasis is to only go as far as your body will allow on that day. Knowing that each day is different!
