Yoga For Life is a sanctuary for sharing the timeless teachings of the mind, body, and heart. It provides a serene, tranquil environment with limited class size, which affords quality instruction tailored to the needs of each individual practitioner. Classes include Classical Hatha, Gentle Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Meditation. Private sessions are also available with specialization in Yoga for Athletes, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Therpay. Deb is RYT(200 hours) registered with Yoga Alliance and a certified Transformation Meditation instructor, as well as a certified Yoga Therapist. She has 22 years of teaching experience bringing joy and compassion to her classes. The studio was recently expanded with the addition of bamboo flooring and a most peaceful decor'.
