Restorative, Hatha and Iyengar influenced yoga is taught by certified teachers providing students individual attention. All levels are welcome. Yoga Vela also provides a sauna, hot tub and pool for students. Retreats, workshops, private sessions, and yoga parties available. Studio is available for rent.
