Zentra is a space, a thought or a concept which has for primary goal the recognition of the beauty of the individuals, the value of diversity, and the importance of unity. At Zentra we encourage and help each person to develop, discover and express his or her unique nature in a warm and friendly environment. We teach classic hatha yoga from the tantric tradition of Swami Satyananda Saraswati(Bihar Yoga Bharati, India) with asanas, pranayama, meditation. Kudalini Yoga classes are also taught for advance Students.
