The Yoga Lounge is a stylish yoga studio located right in the heart of downtown Toronto. Excellent teachers offer a full venue of yoga practices 7 days per week. Sessions are conducted in an upbeat style accompanied by hip music from around the world. They start at noon most days, continuing throughout the day until 9 in the evenings to accomodate the busy schedules of their clients. A great variety of interesting workshops are also offered throughout the month to supplement the classes.
