Anahata Yoga Center of Williamsburg is the area's premier studio with classes to fit every level of fitness and ability. Our studio has two spacious classrooms with natural bamboo floors, soft lighting and yoga rope walls. Our teachers draw from the Iyengar style of yoga teaching with an emphasis on alignment and individualized instruction. We offer classes for beginning to advanced students 6 days a week. Vinyasa, power and restorative classes are also available. We specialize in classes for beginning students, advanced yogis, older adults and athletes. Continuing Education for teachers weekend workshops and ongoing seminars are available.
