The Sat Yoga Institute presents a wholly updated version of the worlds most ancient sciences of wellness, inner transformation, illumination, and liberation from the limitations and conflicts embedded in the unconscious ego. We are dedicated to truthful exploration, to unmasking the lies and false assumptions that hold our consciousness in limited and unfruitful forms and patterns. But we do not seek to control or influence the form of expression or the existential goals and affiliations that one is drawn to explore. One can think of oneself as a Christian, a Buddhist, a Vedantist, an atheist, or not as a person at all, as simply the emptiness of pure awareness?and one can feel at home in our spiritual community. Our aim is to become fully at one with our real Self?and able to live and relate with an open mind and an open heart.
