I offer a variety of Yoga (includingVinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga), Pre and Post Natal Classes with Baby, Meditation and Pranyama (Breath Practices) AND Pilates classes in and around Manchester, Eccles and Monton. All classes are drop in (from ?5 per class)and are suitable for all levels and bring a safe, enjoyable and warm energy to classes. I am fully qualified and iunsured to teach both Yoga and Pilates.
